Located on a quiet walking trail in Tremont, the Park Apartments is a multi-phase residential project with a range of living options for the growing neighborhood. Phase Two is a cluster of three 12-unit workforce apartment blocks that stagger east and west as the site ascends. The change in topography allows the gable roof structure to have a consistent roof plane on one face which obscures the simple geometry of the full composition, while the opposite side fully reveals the fragmentation. The majority of the building is clad in vertically oriented boxed-profile corrugated metal with select areas of thermally treated wood at the more formally expressive lobby entries.

Unit plans maximize natural light in primary living spaces while maintaining maximum construction and budget efficiency that allow rental rates to meet 90-100 AMI for the region.
