W.73

Cleveland, OH  |  Ground Breaking - 2025

W.73 adds nearly two-hundred living units with expansive lake and city views to Cleveland's growing Gordon Square. The sloping site and stepped/pitched facades of the two buildings accommodate maximum density while remaining within the stringent height and setback restrictions of the parcels. Bike and automobile parking is accessed at the northern point of each structure and obscured from view along the sidewalk as the site increases in elevation to the south. Two-story lobbies are tucked alongside the brick structures and outfitted with dedicated climate-controlled ride share pickup spaces and real-time mass transit information. Courtyards within and between the buildings create intimate environments for residents and surrounding neighbors to inhabit.
